Our very special client needed a design and plans for their home that was going to market for sale. We created an additional bedroom to this existing 3 bedroom home to help with marketing that this home can be transformed into a 4 bedroom home. The choice to add in vertical v-groove cladding was to pay homage to the existing history of the home. Simple yet effective for an agent to add as part of the marketing package.
